Account & Registration

Registration on Phlawin is quick and free. Go to phlawin.com/register, fill in your email address, Philippine mobile number, and choose a username and password. Tick the age verification and terms boxes, then submit. Your account is created instantly. You'll need to complete a KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal — this usually involves uploading a valid government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, passport, UMID, driver's license, or similar).

The minimum age to register and play on Phlawin is 21 years old, as required by Philippine gaming regulations under PAGCOR. We verify age during the KYC process. Any account found to be owned by a player under 21 will be closed immediately.

No. Each player is allowed only one Phlawin account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all related accounts being closed, balances forfeited, and the player being permanently banned from the platform. If you're having trouble accessing your existing account, contact our support team at support@phlawin.com.

Log in to your Phlawin account, go to Account Settings, and select "Verify Identity." Upload a clear photo or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (front and back), and a selfie holding the same ID. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours on business days. You'll receive a notification by email once your account is verified. KYC is required before your first withdrawal.

Support will guide you through the process. Note that you'll need to confirm ownership of your account before any sensitive details are updated.

Deposits & Funding

Phlawin accepts all major Philippine payment methods:
  • E-Wallets: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
  • Bank Transfers: BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet
  • Debit/Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard issued by Philippine banks
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). International payment methods are not currently supported.

GCash and Maya deposits are almost always credited to your Phlawin wallet instantly — usually within seconds. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 10 minutes, check that your GCash transaction was successfully debited from your e-wallet balance. If the amount left your GCash but hasn't appeared in Phlawin, take a screenshot of the GCash transaction confirmation and contact support@phlawin.com.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed in the Phlawin cashier before you confirm a transaction. Generally, GCash and Maya deposits start from ₱100. Bank transfer minimums may be higher depending on the channel used. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though you can set your own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.

Phlawin does not charge any fees for deposits. However, some payment providers (such as certain banks or card issuers) may apply their own transaction fees on your end. Check with your bank or e-wallet provider if you're unsure. The full deposited amount, minus any provider-side fees, will be credited to your Phlawin account.

Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in to your Phlawin account, go to the Cashier, and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method — GCash, Maya, or a Philippine bank account — enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals go to the same payment method you used to deposit (this is an anti-money laundering requirement). Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal.

  • GCash / Maya: Usually within 1–3 hours, often faster
  • BDO / BPI / UnionBank (InstaPay): Within a few hours on business days
  • PESONet bank transfers: 1–2 business days
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team before processing. Most requests submitted before 6PM are processed same-day. VIP members get priority withdrawal processing.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays or declines include: incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, discrepancies between your account details and payment method details, or a pending account security review. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we'll investigate immediately.

Bonuses & Promotions

New Phlawin members receive a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically — no code required unless a specific promotion states otherwise. The exact bonus amount, eligible games, and wagering requirements are displayed in your account's Promotions tab after registration. All bonuses are subject to Phlawin's standard Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements (also called rollover) are the number of times you need to bet through your bonus before it can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Progress is tracked in your account dashboard. Not all games contribute equally — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while some casino games contribute less.

Yes. Phlawin runs regular cashback and rebate promotions for active players. These include weekly sports cashback, live casino rebates, and special reload bonuses. Live betting (also called in-play betting) lets you place wagers on a game while it's actively in progress. Account Security

Log in to your Phlawin account, go to Account Settings, and select "Security." Under Two-Factor Authentication, click "Enable" and follow the setup steps. You can use an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy) or opt for SMS verification to your registered Philippine mobile number. 2FA is strongly recommended — it adds a second layer of protection so your account stays secure even if your password is somehow compromised.

Act immediately: change your password right away and contact our support team via live chat or support@phlawin.com. Provide as much detail as possible — the time you noticed the suspicious activity, any transactions you don't recognize, and your registered email address. Our team will freeze your account for investigation, review login history, and reverse any unauthorized transactions where possible.

Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to Account Settings, and select "Responsible Gaming." From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions. You can also set loss limits and session time limits from the same section. Self-exclusion is the strongest responsible gaming tool available on Phlawin. It lets you suspend your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
