1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "Player") and Phlawin ("we," "us," or "our"). 3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Phlawin account. Creating duplicate accounts, even under different names or contact details, is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Phlawin login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. Phlawin will never ask for your password through email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
As part of our commitment to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and regulatory requirements under Philippine law, Phlawin conducts KYC verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, driver's license), proof of address, and additional documents as needed. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspended withdrawals or account restrictions.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the cashier page and are subject to change. Deposits are generally processed instantly; however, processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified. Processing may take 1–5 business days depending on your chosen method. Phlawin reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or when unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have completed KYC verification.
All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Phlawin is not responsible for any conversion fees or charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.
5. Betting Rules
The following general betting rules apply across all Phlawin products. Specific rules for individual sports or games may be found in the relevant game/sport-specific pages.
- All bets are final once confirmed. Phlawin will not cancel or reverse a bet due to a change of mind.
- Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are subject to specific in-play rules and may be voided if data delays occur.
- Phlawin reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault or human error.
- Maximum bet limits and payout limits apply. These vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
- In the event of an event being suspended, postponed, or abandoned, standard postponement/abandonment rules apply as specified in individual game rules.
- Phlawin's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding.
Suspicious Activity
We actively monitor all betting activity. If we detect patterns consistent with match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or other forms of betting fraud, we reserve the right to void bets, withhold winnings, suspend accounts, and report the matter to relevant authorities including PAGCOR.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Phlawin periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions to reward our members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer, including wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
- Phlawin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Exploiting promotions through systematic abuse or collusion will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and possible account suspension.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in each offer. Uncompleted wagering will result in bonus expiry.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and cannot be claimed more than once.

- Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
- Providing false identification documents

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited with Phlawin in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11. Account Termination
You may close your Phlawin account at any time by contacting our support team. Any legitimate pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Phlawin may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive, or if we reasonably believe that your account poses a risk to the integrity of our platform or other players.
12. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
